The acquisition team confirms receipt of the premises formerly held by Empty Room Ltd. The target offers immediate exposure to four walls and , with significant upside in future contents.

The room was inspected from the doorway. No material furniture was identified within the agreed field of view. The corner remains subject to confirmatory due diligence by a separately appointed corner adviser.

One unallocated key was received in an envelope marked . The envelope has been recognised as a separate strategic asset. Staff must not test the key against things merely to establish what it does.
